Finally here is an update of coming and past events!

- Paul Brody's Sadawi -
The 'For the Moment' recording featuring John Zorn, Frank London, and Michael Alpert and artist Affanasy Pud is out. The critics reaction is amazingly good. The core of the music is jewish and the sound of the band is very cosmopolitan.
Sadawi was featured once again at the Crackow Jewish Culture Festival. The band was the house band at the late night sessions where most of the the festival members gathered to listen and participate in the late hours musical explorations.
- Producing Children's Music for Oetinger Publisher -
Two Childrends CDs for the well known Oetinger publishing house. 'Paul Brody's Hickory Dickory Dock' and 'All My Little Ducklings'. (Text and music by Brody). These CDs feature an amazing group of musicians. ( Carlos Bica, Alan Bern, Michael Rodach, Michael Beckmann, Martin Lillich, Topo Gioia, Daniel Kahn, Uwe Langer from the 17 Hippies, Rob Gotowski from Gentleman, Ari Benjamin Meyers, Dirk Hasskarl, Marcelo Mogilevski)

John Zorn Project -concert in NY at The Stone with Zorn, Steve Bernstien, Kenny Wollesen, Brigem Krause, Wayne Horrowitz...
The Bern, Brody, Rodach TRIO played at the World Music Festival in Rudolstadt and and has other concerts planned including at Berlin's radical Volksbuhne theater.
Alan Bern's Weimar project featuring an amazing line up of musicians form around the world was a success. (google: www.yiddish-summer-weimar.de)
Singer Mitch Smolkin performed and recorded a new CD in Toronto in October. (Toronto is a great city for music and food!)
The Eldridge Street Project in NY was launched with two huge concerts in NY city and a tour. The Events featured some of the most inspired players in the scene including Don Byron, Alicia Svigals, Hankus Netsky, Sam Musiker, Matt Dario...The project was led by Yale Strom.
Daniel Kahn and Brody -Duo concert at Michigan State University.
Mitch Smolkin -Trio concert for the Yiddish Actors Guild in NY.
- Main Coming Concerts and Events -
December 15th at the Gruene Salon in Berlin-Live in RBB (radio broadcast) with a project band put together for the radio station (featuring Rudi Mahal, Oliver Seidl, Johannes Fink, Alex Nowitz, Alan Bern, Michael Rodach, Ulli Bartel)
David Marton's Fairy Queen -on tour starting in Cologne. (This is an experimental version of Henry Purcel's Baroque opera)
New Solo CD exploring trumpet and voice in many forms.
New Childrens CD production featuring English speeking children in Berlin. The content of the CD will be original compositions and American Folklore and nonsense rhymes.
